Terms Of Service

The following terms of service ("Terms") are between each user ("User") of this web site ("Site") and the current and future owner(s) and administrator(s) ("Owner") of the Site.

The Owner intends to present timely and accurate information to the Site, but the Owner does not guarantee the timeliness or accuracy of any information presented on the Site, and the User accepts this risk. User may want to verify any information independently, such as by contacting the event organizer directly.

The Owner intends to post any relevant event information which the User may send to the Owner, but the Owner does not guarantee the receipt or timely posting of such information, and the User accepts this risk.

The User understands that the Owner prefers to receive any event information from the User via the Site's Contact Joe page, rather than by email.

The User shall only send event information to the Owner which the User believes to be accurate. If the User later finds the event information to be wrong or to have changed, the User shall attempt to inform the Owner of this in a timely manner.

The User may post event information to the Site's Guestbook only if the User believes such information to be accurate.

By sending any event information to the Owner, the User gives the Owner permission to publish that information on the Site, whether verbatim or paraphrased.

For anything which the User submits via the Site's Guestbook:

The User maintains the copyright to any original material which the User submits, and permits the Owner to post the submissions to the Site, without compensation or payment to the User.
Such submissions may not contain the following: Inflammatory language, flaming, profanities, insults, arguments, comments not appropriate for minors, off topic entries intended to negatively affect the operation of the Site, messages which are commercial in nature (other than event-related messages), spam, representations which are knowingly false, and illegal content (including but not limited to pyramid schemes and chain letters).
Such submissions may not contain material which is protected by copyright, other than the User's original material.
The Owner may remove any submission at the Owner's discretion.

The Owner provides the Site as a convenience to the User and, unless otherwise stated, the Owner is independent of any event or event organizer. By using the Site, the User waives any and all liability against the Owner for injuries which may result from the User's use of the information on the Site.
